Our Story:
InCasa Country was born out of tragic circumstances in a rural town in the Wheatbelt. One traumatic story too many. A similar story to what we were hearing in many towns and communities throughout our regions. And similar adversities and challenges I have seen far too often working as a Clinical Nurse in the regions. A story of loss of independence, insufficient services available, workforce shortages, and the confronting decision of having to leave the family farm or community to access support services. There has got to be a better way!
InCasa Country partners with your local community to revolutionise the way aged care services are delivered to people living in rural areas of WA. A way of ‘Staying in Place’. We are passionate about delivering high-quality care and services from members of your local community, to enable you to continue living your best life at home for as long as you choose. This new model of care provides income opportunities for local people, builds a flexible and sustainable workforce in your community, and creates a local care team to support your evolving needs. We are deeply passionate about staying local, supporting each community, and providing a way for you to stay in place.
Your community, caring for you.
