Danila Moreira, Managing Director
Danila is the founder and Managing Director at InCasa Aged Care & Community Services.
Her experience is in business management, banking, mortgage broking and financial planning.
Danila can help you assess how your particular situation will determine the support you are able to receive from the government through the Home Care Package program, and help you to manage the application process.
Danila holds the following qualifications:

Helen Morton, Director
Helen had 15 years of clinical and management positions in Occupational Therapy before launching a private practice contracting allied health services to nursing homes and hostels throughout WA. Re-joining the Health Department as a senior executive, Helen held positions as Regional Director of the Central Wheatbelt, Midwest and Gascoyne Health Regions, Director of the South Metropolitan Health Authority, General Manager of Finance and Resources and CEO Armadale Health Services. Helen undertook consultancy services for three years before entering parliament in 2005.
Helen was a member of parliament for 12 years, elected for the East Mentropolitan Region of the Legislative Council and held the ministerial portfolios in Mental Health, Disability Services and Child Protection from 2010 until 2016.
Following her political career, Helen again resumed consultancy services from her farm and horse breeding property in Wandering WA.

Matthew Handcock, Director
Matt is a senior legal practitioner with over 35 years of experience. He was Head of the Insurance Division and a Member of the Executive Committee at Minter Ellison before establishing the boutique firm of Mullins Handcock in 2000 where he was Managing Director until 2008. He then undertook a period of consultancy followed by in-house roles in risk management and as Commercial Manager of an ASX listed Engineering and Construction Company (AZG). In 2013 Matt resumed private practice in his own firm of Effective Legal.
Matt has practised across a wide range of litigation and commercial fields, with a focus on risk and strategy, public health, local government, insurance, property and general commercial disputes and advice. Matt has appeared as Counsel in most jurisdictions in WA.
Matt is active in the Community. He has served on Law Society and Legal Aid Committees. He is a former Councillor at the Town of East Fremantle. He was a Member of the Armadale Redevelopment Authority and Armadale Land Redevelopment Committee of the MRA. He is a former Board Member of Centrecare (and Chairman of their Audit + Risk Committee) and the CrossRoads Community. He is on the Board of the Beacon Hill Village.
