The women behind InCasa, Danila Moreira and Jeana Valastro lead a small team of highly skilled and experienced professionals
who share the same vision and values of improving the lives of others through service.

Jeana Valastro, Operations Manager

Jeana has held various leadership roles in community service organisations over the past twenty-one years. Her focus is to ensure that the service that is provided, empowers people to maintain their independence within the community.

Jeana has significant experience in staff support, planning and management. Her qualifications in Home and Community Care underpin her strong work ethic and commitment to clients and staff and she has been acknowledged with numerous awards in health and aged care, leadership and management.

Jeana holds the following qualifications:

• Cert IV Aged Care
• Cert III Aged Care
• Wellness Workshop Certificate
• Advocacy/ Protecting Vulnerable Adults

Danila Moreira, Managing Director

Finance specialist Danila is the founder and Managing Director at InCasa Aged Care & Community Services.

Her experience is in business management, banking, mortgage broking and financial planning.

Danila is accredited to provide Aged Care financial advice.  She is qualified to assess how your particular situation will determine the support you are able to receive from the government through the Home Care Package program, and help you to manage the application process.

Danila holds the following qualifications:

• Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning)
• Accredited Aged Care Adviser
• Certificate IV in Finance (Mortgage Broking)
